Lynn has extensive experience of a wide range of both personal injury and clinical negligence cases. She is currently acting for a number of children and adults who were brain-injured during medical treatment or by other sorts of accidents.
She has particular expertise in fatal accidents and maternal deaths cases with complex causation and quantum issues. She has represented many bereaved families at inquests, including those with juries.
Lynn was appointed to the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Panel in September 2000. She has been a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers since 1996. She is a member of the head injuries charity Headway.
Lynn qualified as a solicitor in 1996, following an earlier career in community development.
