Kathryn joined Bindmans in October 2009 having worked within the field of personal injury since qualifying as a solicitor. She has a wide range of personal injury experience from catastrophic accidents at work on construction sites to straightforward relatively minor injury claims including road traffic accidents and slips and trips. Her current caseload includes complex as well as less serious clinical negligence cases.
In addition to progressing her client’s case, Kathryn remains focused upon including the client in the process. She has a practical approach with an emphasis upon meeting a client’s present rehabilitation needs in addition to factoring in long-term future care into any final compensation award.
Kathryn has a BSc in Social Psychology and qualified as a solicitor in 2007.
