Amandeep joined the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence department at Bindmans in November 2009. She joins us having spent just under two years working as a paralegal for another firm, assisting with complex, high-value and catastrophic personal injury cases. Amandeep gained valuable experience working on severe head injury cases as well spinal cord injuries. She joins Bindmans with knowledge of the rehabilitation process as well the importance of achieving long term financial awards for clients.
During her time at Bindmans, Amandeep continues to assist on brain injury cases and spinal injury cases and recently asbestos-related lung disease mesothelioma. She now runs a small mixed caseload of less serious personal injury and clinical negligence claims. Amandeep also assists with the work of Deputies appointed by the Court of Protection.
Amandeep is a member of The Juniors Lawyers Division and Headway UK - the brain injury association. She has attended Headway, West London, support group meetings and volunteered at the spinal cord injuries charity, Back Up Trust at their fundraising events.
Amandeep gained an LLB in Law with English Literature in 2006. She then went on to complete the LPC at the College of Law in 2007 and specialising in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence as an elective.
